Constance was drawn to Tania Glenn & Associates because she has a familiarity and a passion for working with this population. Constance worked as an emergency dispatcher for 9 years for Bell County before switching to a career in mental health. Constance loved dispatching because it helped her find a passion for helping others that surpassed her desire for other professions. Constance’s insight into the world of first responders allows her to provide compassionate counseling for those in challenging professions. Constance works to help people overcome struggles and work through past trauma in order to reach identified goals.
Constance is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate with a Masters degree in Marriage and Family therapy from Texas A&M University-Central Texas. While earning her Masters degree, Constance worked for the Williamson County Local mental health authority to help those experiencing mental health crisis. Constance earned her Bachelors in Psychology in 2016 from Texas A&M University.
Constance has a solution focused approach to working with individuals, couples, and families. Constance believes that change is inevitable, and the key to successful acclimation and happiness lies in the ability to draw on recognized strengths, and develop new strengths.
