Eddie is a Retired Law Enforcement Officer. Eddie came to Tania Glenn and Associates while conducting a project for Texas State University that was focused on the mental health issues facing first responders and the military.
Eddie stays active in the mental health and addiction services community responding to members in need and connecting them with appropriate therapy and treatment. His passion has driven him back to school where he is completing his bachelor’s degree with the goal of a master’s degree in clinical Mental Health.
Eddie spent twenty-five years in the San Antonio Police Department where he served in several units, with most of his time being in SWAT and the Repeat Offenders Program. Eddie was also a Crisis Intervention Instructor and received crisis negotiation training.
