Monica Cluin

Monica was drawn to Tania Glenn & Associates due to the practice’s strong sense of purpose and her strong desire to strengthen the mental health of first responders, veterans, and their families. Monica has a passion for mental health and helping people utilize their strengths towards increasing resilience.

Monica is a Licensed Master Social Worker and earned her Masters degree in Clinical Social Work with a specialization in Direct Practice with Children and Families from the University of Texas at Arlington. While earning her Masters degree, Monica worked as an intern with CPS and worked with children experiencing traumas and mental health crisis. She earned her Bachelors of Art in Child Development in 2002 from San Jose State University in San Jose, CA.

Monica has a strength based approach to working with individuals and believes everyone has the tools needed to become more resilient. Monica believes in incorporating self care and evidence based practice into her work.

In her spare time, Monica enjoys exploring Austin trails with her kids and dogs.
