Sarah is a Licensed Professional Counselor – Associate, supervised by Carolyn Turner, LPC-S. She was first introduced and drawn to Tania Glenn and Associates by the commitment and support offered to First Responders and their families.
Sarah received her Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Maryland University College in 2011, a Master of Arts in Management and Organizational Leadership from American Military University in 2015, a certification as a Community Health Worker in 2019 and a Master of Arts in Counseling from Wayland Baptist University in 2023.
Sarah was a military spouse as well as a single mother for many years. Sarah has focused her work around meeting her clients where they are in in their journey and helping them navigate that road with support. Sarah has also worked to help link her clients to resources.
Sarah believes in utilizing an eclectic therapeutic approach to support her clients including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, strengths-based techniques and Solution Focused Therapy based on the needs of the client.
