Joda Miura, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, joined Tania Glenn and Associates in October 2025. Joda began her social work career as a mentor in juvenile justice. After receiving her Bachelor of Social Work from Eastern Kentucky University in 2012, Joda fueled her passion for helping families through Family Preservation, Child Protective Services and volunteering for missions. Having a heart for single mothers and addiction, Joda graduated with a Master of Social Work from the University of Kentucky in 2015 to understand the driving factors of addiction.
Joda has worked with diverse and underserved populations including children, geriatrics, and our Veteran population. Joda has a heart for Veterans and has every branch of military represented in her family including being married to an 82nd Airborne combat medic. Having been raised by parents on a search and rescue team in Colorado and a Deputy Sheriff, Joda understands the pressure and stress first responders experience not only as individuals but as a family unit. Joda has enjoyed church missions which included ripping out drywall from floods in Louisiana to listening to life stories. Joda uses her faith and a strength-based perspective to build rapport with clients, help them live their best life and navigate through hard times.
Joda has experience in CBT, Mindfulness, Exposure Therapy, Task Solution and Journaling. In her spare time, Joda enjoys spending time with her husband on his Harley, traveling to Colorado to see family and spending time with her stepson.
