Terrie is a Licensed Professional Counselor – Associate, supervised by Shawna Munson, LPC-S, LMFT-S. She was first introduced and drawn to Tania Glenn and Associates by the dedication and top-notch customer service offered to First Responders, crisis teams, and their families.
Terrie received her Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Houston-Downtown in 2005. She returned to college and earned her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2022.
Terrie’s experience includes working in the private sector in East, Texas and behavioral hospitals, both outpatient and inpatient. She has also worked with active duty military personnel in the past year. Terrie has worked with a range of populations through various counseling modalities. Her counseling experience consists of working with children, adolescents, and adult clients. Terrie is focused on collaborating with her clients to create clarity, self-awareness, and positive changes in their everyday lives.
Terrie believes in utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy to help clients on their journey of discovery and change.
